With a career of more than 20 years as an investment banker professional, Alexander has worked both in the United States, Europe & MENA, Russia & Black Region on a wide variety of advisory, financing and capital market transactions. He has worked on mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic advisory, joint ventures and commercial alliances. Assignments have included work in business, human capital, tech-enabled services, consumer products, healthcare, pharma & para-pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, distribution, IT services, telecommunications industry, diversified manufacturing / industrials, packaging organizations, alternative energy and aviation sector. Alexanders most recent assignment was that of Managing Director at Mesirow Financial Group, Global Investment Banking, based in New York.

Constantin Tzembelicos / Managing Partner

Constantin is now CEO of the Orphic Group which holds a diversified portfolio of seasoned and startup businesses, ranging from aviation consultancy and brokerage, civil protection and defense representation, internationally acclaimed fine-jewelry design, award-winning gin beverage manufacturing, luxury co-working and event space management, and property development. Constantin has also held several executive positions in the aviation industry including Head of Technical for a Dublin-based aircraft leasing company, Technical Director and General Manager at three European commercial airline operations, Maintenance Director and CAMO postholder, and international ambassador for Rolls Royce small/medium civil engines. His engineering background in aerodynamics and stress engineering kick-started his career in research and innovation and later in manufacturing at Bombardier. Constantin has completed his International Directors Program at INSEAD and serves on two boards.
